By accessing and using OnSyncal (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

OnSyncal is an AI-powered life management platform that helps users define their values, purpose, vision, and mission, while providing intelligent task management and calendar integration features.

Our Service includes:

  • Life preparation system (Values, Purpose, Vision, Mission)
  • AI-powered task prioritization and suggestions
  • Google Calendar integration and synchronization
  • Time analytics and insights
  • Automated workflow suggestions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Google Calendar Integration

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google Calendar to OnSyncal, you grant us permission to:

  • Read your calendar events from calendars you select
  • Create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf
  • Access calendar metadata (calendar names, descriptions, time zones)

You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or Google's permission management.

5. AI Features and Data Usage

Our AI features are designed to enhance your productivity and life planning. Important terms:

  • AI suggestions are generated based on your personal data and preferences
  • We do not use your personal data to train or improve AI models
  • AI-generated content is for guidance only and should not replace professional advice
  • You retain full control over your data and AI feature usage

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

7. Subscription and Billing

OnSyncal offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial of our Pro features. Trial terms:

  • No credit card required for trial activation
  • Full access to Pro features during trial period
  • Trial automatically converts to free plan if not upgraded
  • You may only use one trial per person/household

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OnSyncal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnSyncal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OnSyncal is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
